How payment works
We do not take cards and nothing is charged automatically. You transfer the amount, upload a photo of the receipt, and we review it ourselves.
- InstaPay or bank transfer.
- A photo of the receipt is required, with the transfer reference.
- The subscription extends as soon as the payment is approved, and the invoice is issued automatically.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The trial starts with no payment details at all, and nothing is charged at the end of it.
What happens if I pay late?
A grace period follows, during which your account works in full, and we warn you before and after. Even after access pauses, your data is not deleted.
Can we run it on our own servers?
Yes, under an on-premise licence — in which case none of your data reaches us.
Does it monitor what employees type?
No. No keystrokes, no screenshots, no file contents — see the privacy policy.
